There’s a new shopping mall that just opened up in the area where I live. I first noticed it when I was taking a walk in the neighborhood about a year ago. Construction was already underway, and from what I could see, it looked like it was going to be quite a big development. I’d say it took about 2 years for the mall to be completed, and a lot of money was invested in it.
The mall is called “The Star Plaza” and it’s located near the city center. It’s a multi-level building with lots of shops, restaurants and a variety of entertainment options inside, such as a movie theater, an ice-skating rink, and a gym. The mall is located in the bustling area, so it attracts a lot of people who live in the neighborhood as well as people from other are areas.
I haven’t had a chance to go inside yet, but from what I can tell, most people in my area seem to be happy with the new development. There’s a lot of foot traffic going in and out of the mall, and I think it’s good for the local businesses too. The mall is quite new so it’s still in good condition, and it’s well-lit and secure, which makes it feel safe to walk around at night. I’m a little bit concerned about the traffic it might cause but overall, I think the mall is a really useful addition to the area, it’s a really good place to hang out with friends and family.
Overall, I’m excited about this new development. It’s great to see that the area is growing and improving. I’m looking forward to visiting it soon and seeing what it has to offer. It’s definitely a positive change for the community around here, and I think it will bring many benefits to the local people, including myself.

When it comes to transportation, I tend to utilize various modes, depending on the situation and the purpose of my journey.
However, i’d say that I make the most use of public transportation, such as buses and trains, because of their affordability and convenience.
On the other hand, I sometimes opt for personal vehicles, such as cars or motorcycles, when I need to travel long distances or when I need to carry a large amount of goods.

Public transportation is quite prevalent in my country, and it’s widely used by people of different ages, social classes, and professions.
It’s considered an economical and eco-friendly alternative to personal vehicles, and it helps to reduce traffic congestion, air pollution, and greenhouse gas emissions.
Moreover, public transportation services are constantly evolving and improving to meet the growing demands and expectations of passengers.
3. What can be improved in public transport services?
Despite its popularity and importance, public transportation still faces some challenges and limitations that can be improved.
For example, the quality of services and facilities, such as the cleanliness and comfort of vehicles, the availability and reliability of schedules, and the accessibility and safety of stops and stations, can be enhanced to provide a better experience for passengers.
Additionally, the integration and coordination of different modes of public transportation, such as buses, trains, trams, and subways, can be improved to create a seamless and efficient network that connects different areas and serves different needs.
4. What leisure facilities can be used by people of all ages?
When it comes to leisure facilities, there’s a wide range of options that cater to people of all ages and interests.
For instance, there are parks and gardens, museums and galleries, theaters and cinemas, sports clubs and centers, and many more.
These facilities provide opportunities for people to relax, learn, exercise, socialize, and have fun, and they foster a sense of community and well-being.
Moreover, many of these facilities are accessible, affordable, and inclusive, and they offer different programs and events that cater to different ages, abilities, and cultures.
5. Do you think young people in your country like to go to the cinema?
it is my belief that many young people in Vietnam enjoy visiting the cinema. The cinema is a popular form of entertainment and provides an opportunity to escape reality and immerse oneself in a different world.
Moreover, with the advancements in technology and special effects, modern cinemas are equipped to provide an even more captivating and immersive experience.
Additionally, the social aspect of going to the cinema is also a draw, as it provides an opportunity to spend quality time with friends and loved ones.
6. How is the subway system developing in your country?
In recent years, the subway system in Vietnam has undergone significant development and expansion.
With the rapid growth of cities and increased demand for efficient and reliable transportation, the government has made considerable investments in the subway system.
As a result, new subway lines are being constructed, existing lines are being extended, and the overall efficiency and reliability of the system has improved.
Furthermore, the introduction of advanced technologies, such as smart ticketing systems, has also greatly improved the user experience.
In conclusion, the subway system in Vietnam is continuously evolving, with the aim of providing a safe, convenient, and efficient mode of transportation for its users.
