(2025) IELTS Speaking Part 1 Topic App

Well, like everyone else recently, I used social networking apps like WeChat to keep in touch with my family members and colleagues as well. On top of that, I also downloaded some news applications to keep me updated about what’s happening around the world.

Well, what I like most is cooking apps. You know, I’ve always been a big fan of cooking and baking. Basically, I’m always active on these applications by discovering new recipes, as I think it’s the most straightforward way to take up a new dish.

Honestly speaking, I do not remember very well, but one of the first apps I installed in my smartphone was probably Google Maps. You know, I have poor sense of direction and every time when I go travel to a new city, I’d like to use Google Maps to help me find the right way. I would say it’s the best navigation I’ve ever used and I still use it from now and then.

Well, I’m going to try apps that are related to video clips editing. It seems really intriguing and exciting to help me add in my footage. I’ve seen a lot of vloggers and bloggers by using that and I really want to give it a shot and see if it’s fun.

Actually, I’ m fond of apps which are rather helpful in my studies or daily life, so educational apps are the way to go, as well as digital maps, which can help me find direction since I tend to travel or move a lot.

Basically, I would go for apps that can aid me in my studies since I am a student. Also, I have apps which can provide entertainment during my free time, so those are apps I have been using.

To be honest, I don’ t remember the first app that I used but most likely it’s a social media app where I can easily communicate with my friends and family, or it could be the app store since I need to download the apps first in that particular app.

I guess I will be using the same apps in the future unless there will be some new innovations which I find useful, but for now I have the basics such as social media,
navigation and educational apps.
