1. What do you usually eat for breakfast?

For breakfast, I typically have a bowl of oatmeal with some fruits like bananas or berries, along with a cup of coffee.

2. Do you think breakfast is important?

Yes, I believe breakfast is important. It kick-starts our metabolism and provides the energy needed to start the day effectively.

3. Are there any differences between the mornings of your childhood and now?

There are indeed differences between the mornings of my childhood and now. Back then, breakfast was a simpler affair, often consisting of cereal or toast.
Now, with a more hectic schedule, I try to prioritize healthier options.

4. Would you like to change your morning routine?

As for changing my morning routine, I’m open to small adjustments like trying new breakfast recipes or incorporating more exercise, but overall, I’m quite content with how my mornings unfold.

But on weekdays, it’s all about convenience. I’ll grab a quick bite like a crusty baguette or a boiled egg, something I can munch on while I’m dashing out the door.

For sure, I reckon breakfast is a must. In the old Chinese wisdom, it’s a cornerstone for your health, especially for your stomach.
You can’t just skip it; it’s the fuel that keeps you going. It’s the meal that gives you that kickstart and keeps you charged up with the right energy and nutrients.

3. Are there any differences between the mornings of your childhood and now?

In my childhood, mornings were just a blur of routine, with my parents handling everything. It was like a never-ending cycle of the same old stuff.
But now, I’ve come to value the morning. The reluctance to leave the warmth of my bed and the rush to get out the door, it’s all a stark reminder that I’m no longer a kid.
It’s a bit of a reality check, isn’t it?

4. Would you like to change your morning routine?

I’m open to the idea of changing things up a bit. I’m thinking of waking up a bit earlier and setting aside an hour just for me, to do something like study or work out.
I reckon it’d make my day feel more purposeful and give me a better start to the workday.

When it comes to breakfast, my go-to choices are pan-fried buns, or baozi, and steamed bread, also known as mantou.
I like to have them along with a cup of milk and a boiled egg. Its a quick and fulfilling combination that givesme the energy I need to kickstart my day.
On my way to work, I sometimes grab a quick breakfast from street vendors or convenient stores.
One of my favorite choices is fried noodles, paired with a cup of soymilk. It’s very handy and keeps me fueled for the morning.

2. Do you think breakfast is important?

Breakfast is like a secret weapon against overweight. When you eat
breakfast, it stimulates your metabolism and help you burn calories throughout the day.
Besides, when you start your day with a solid meal, you’re less likely to feel hungry later in the day, which means you can eat less snacks.

3. Are there any differences between the mornings of your childhood and now?

Pretty much the same! The only difference is that now I sometimes have a cup of coffee instead of milk when I feel sleepy.
Coffee is a total lifesaver!It wakes me up instantly. The aroma alone, is very refreshing,It gives me a great sense of pleasure.

4. Would you like to change your morning routine?

I am quite satisfied with my current morning routine as it sets a productive tone for my day.
However, I am always open to making adjustments that could improve my efficiency or well-being, such as incorporating a short morning exercise or meditation session.
