Sample Answer 1

Not really, especially since I only own one pair of sunglasses. They are from the Gentle Monster brand and are quite stylish. Although they cost around 1,500 RMB, which may seem expensive to some, I prioritize good quality. I’ve been using them for many years, and I believe they will last much longer. Therefore, I consider it money well spent.

To be honest, no I don’t usually go for sunglasses as gifts, cause i believe that sunglasses are a personal thing and it’s really important to try them on before buying it. And make sure whether it suits my friend’s face. So i’d rather not risk it or go for something less hit-or-miss when it comes to gifts.

Actually, yes. I’m a really organized person, so I rarely lose anything, but since I don’t wear sunglasses often, I lost my sunglasses once at a restaurant where I placed it on the table. When we left, it was already dark outside, and I simply forgot that I had my sunglasses.

I don’t wear sunglasses very often, only really when the sun is particularly glaring. I’m quite selective about when to wear them because l prefer to enjoy natural light. 2. Do you spend a lot of money on sunglasses?
No, I don’t tend to spend a lot of money on sunglasses. I usually stick to one or two classic pairs that are versatile enough to go with different outfits and occasions.
For me, durability and protection are more important than brand, so as long as they serve their purpose well, I’m satisfied.
3. Do you give sunglasses as gifts?
I’m cautious about giving sunglasses as gifts because choosing the right pair can be quite personal. The style, fit, and preference vary greatly from person to person, and what suits one might not suit another. Unless I know someone’s specific taste or they’ve mentioned a particular pair they like, I tend to opt for other gifts.

1. Do you often wear sunglasses?
Yes, I do wear sunglasses quite regularly, especially when the sun decides to grace us here in London. They’re essential during summer or on those rare sunny winter days. 2. Do you spend a lot of money on sunglasses?
I don’t tend to splurge excessively on sunglasses. While I appreciate the craftsmanship of high-end brands, I find that moderately priced ones often do the job just as well. It’s more about finding a pair that’s comfortable and suits my face shape.
Plus, considering how easy it is to misplace them, I think it’s more sensible to go for something mid-range.
3. Do you give sunglasses as gifts?
Sunglasses can be a great gift, provided you know the person’s style and preferences well. It’s a thoughtful and practical present, especially for someone who enjoys outdoor activities or fashion. Unfortunately, yes, more times than I’d care to admit. I remember losing a particularly nice pair last summer during a day out at Brighton Beach. They must have slipped out of my bag amidst all the excitement. It was a bit of a downer, but it also reinforced my decision not to invest too heavily in sunglasses!
