Sample Answer 1
Well, my ambition is to travel around China in a motor house, you know, like a camping car. So I can live in my car and I can go anywhere I like. I think it’s more convenient and more economical than travelling by plane and train.
I’ve always watched videos about people doing such trip and I’m dreamed of doing it myself one day. Of course I would do it with my parents because I always want to take them to more places for they are too old to walk. So we would go to, you know, some major cities and also go to some natural reserve.
Basically my parents are big fans of beach so we would go to many coastal cities. So we would set up our campsites on the beach and then we could enjoy the beautiful scenery during the day and then go to sleep with the sound of the wave. And of course the 2nd morning we would be wakened up by the sound of the wave and also, you know, the noise of the birds. So we would have a very great time in the nature.
But, you know, it’s not very easy to be realized because firstly, the motor house is quite expensive and I need a specific license for that. So now I need to, you know, earn more money to buy one. And also it takes time for me to take the driving test.
And also there will be lots of problems on the road, like the car can get broken and I need more tools and skills to repair that. So I need to improve my survival skills and many living skills.
So basically for me now I just first need to work harder and to earn more money and also I need to develop more skills and to get a full preparation for that.

My plan to settle and work in a first world country is yet to be achieved. This is an ambition and plan I have for a long. After I got admitted to the university, I had some double about my major, which is ‘Social Science’. To be honest I was a bit frustrated not to study either in Engineering or in Medicine. However, in few months I started loving this subject I was studying and started feeling the immense possibility this might have in my future. That I time I considered settling in a first world country for the higher study and work
First of all, I need a really impressive result in my master’s degree program so that I can get a scholarship in a reputed university. The admission in a top-rated university in a first world country would be the first step in fulfilling my ambition. Then I would need to study and research really hard to have a prominent presence there so that I can get a decent job offer. My dedication, determination and hard work would be the vital factors for achieving this ambition.
This is very important for me to work and settle in a first world country. I have a fascination about researching in my study field and I am sure that would be better facilitated in a first world country. The career prospect and research facilities in my country are not that promising and I have an aspiration to contribute to a great extent in the arena I have my knowledge. Considering all these, it’s really important for me to achieve my ambition.
Part 3
1. What ambitions do children usually have?
Children have many ambitions. The first ambition is mainly about the profession- in childhood, everyone has the ambition to do something noble like becoming a doctor or do something exciting like becoming a pilot or an astronaut. Then, children also have an ambition of earning huge amounts of money.
2. Why are some people very ambitious in their work?
I think it’s just a part of their nature. They are ambitious because they want to grow and achieve something in their life. They want to be known for their work.
3. Why don’t some people have dreams?
I think everyone has certain dreams. It’s just that some people are too lazy to work for their dreams. On the other hand, there are others who can do anything for their dreams and it shows.
4. How do people balance work and life?
I think everyone does it in their own way. My mother switches off her work mobile phone after 5 PM. Some people do it by taking regular breaks when they only focus on their family. I think it is something almost every person tries to do and fails. In recent years, even governments are taking steps like limiting work hours so people are able to do so.
