1. Do you go running a lot?

Sample 1: Not as much as I’d like to. I used to run for one hour every day, but now I’m too busy with my studies and work.

Nowadays, I only run occasionally for about half an hour to avoid exhausting myself, which could reduce my energy for completing my assigned tasks.

It’s mostly my attempt to balance out those Netflix marathons with a bit of actual marathoning… or well, short jogs at least.

2. Where do you usually go running?

It’s a peaceful and green environment, which makes the experience more enjoyable.

It’s got some nice trails, a few uphill challenges for when I’m feeling brave, and there’s this duck pond that’s my halfway marker.

Plus, running amidst the greenery? It’s like a mini escape from the concrete jungle.

3. When was the last time you went running?

Sample 1: I believe running is an excellent sport.

It’s accessible to people of all fitness levels, and you don’t need any special equipment other than a good pair of running shoes.

Additionally, it can be done alone or with others, making it a versatile activity.

Personally, I find it both physically rewarding and mentally refreshing.

I mean, casual jogs are one thing, but have you seen those marathoners or sprinters? Pure dedication and grit right there.

It’s also so universal. Whether you’re in a big city marathon or a village race somewhere, it’s all about pushing your limits.

Major respect to those who take it up competitively.
