Sample Answer
Well, the technology that is difficult to use has to be the Bluetooth earbuds I bought a few years ago. To be honest, I’d been struggling to get used to it. And sometimes it even drove me up the wall!
Because I was tired of dealing with wires getting tangled up while I was listening to music or taking calls on the go, I decided to replace it with wireless Bluetooth earbuds, which were brand new technology a few years back. I had thought they would be a game- changer, but it turned out that I was wrong.
To tell the truth, I didn’t use them all that often because they were such a pain to get working properly. Every time I tried to connect them to my phone, I had to go through this whole rigmarole of turning them on, putting them into pairing mode, and hoping that my phone would recognize them. And even when they did connect, they often cut out or had connection issues. The funniest thing was that sometimes one of them was connected while the other refused to do the same.
I couldn’t even count the number of times I’d had to fiddle with them just to get them to work properly. It’s frustrating because I felt like I’ve wasted my money on something that’s supposed to make my life easier, but instead, it just added another layer of annoyance.
Overall, I was pretty disappointed in these earbuds. I was hoping for a convenient and hassle-free listening experience, but in reality, I was left with a finicky piece of technology that I struggled to use on a regular basis.
Part 3
1. What technology do people currently use?
In my opinion, it depends on the group of people. For starters, when it comes to students, white and blue-collar workers, they usually utilize some electronic devices connected to communication and research. For instance, computers and laptops are some of the most vital equipment for them to accomplish their work.
What’s more, when it comes to housewives or nannies, cutting-edge technology that is related to household chores could help them make the task a piece of cake. Take some cleaning tools as an example. When it comes to cleaning and drying the clothes they use in the washing machine. At the same time, a rice cooker and stove could help them produce mouth-watering dishes.
Furthermore, to keep the house spick and span, the floor vacuum robot helps a lot.
Finally, when it comes to transportation, buses, cars, taxis, the subway, and so on are convenient for everyone to hit the road.
2. Why do big companies introduce new products frequently?
In my opinion, the main reason is that the customers’ desires are endless and generate revenues. As a result, some companies introduce both up-to-date and trendy devices. If I’m not mistaken, the vast majority of us are immersed in purchasing new products to satisfy our desires.
Besides, it’s as simple as ABC for them to feel tedious after a month or a year of utilizing their gadgets. For instance, some big companies like Apple introduce new products or technologies on a seasonal basis. The Apple iPhone, in particular, is at a premium, but customers insist on buying it to satisfy themselves and establish their status. Take my friend as an example. She is an avid supporter of technology. She usually tells us that she has a new-fangled iPhone phone annual series.
Hence, it makes her satisfied and intrigued, while companies bring home the bacon.
3. Why are people so keen on buying iPhones even though they haven’t changed much from one to the next?
Numerous civilizations embrace the iPhone as a status symbol. People purchase it, in my opinion, not just because it is innovative but also because possessing one is seen as stylish.
One of the most apparent motives for acquiring an iPhone would be this. As a result, unlike other cell phones, the price structure of the iPhone remains constant. Even if it is equivalent to the previously designed one, I reckon it can always be positioned as a premium and luxury product. Consider my buddy, who said that she would preserve any red pockets she received in out-of-the-ordinary circumstances in order to get the newest iPhone model. Not only does she desire the commodity and find them beneficial in her day-to-day life. But she may also showcase about being contemporary it. the trend by posting on social media.
Overall, this provides the client the impression that they are a better person as a result of having purchased the product.
4. Why do technology companies keep upgrading their products?
There are several reasons for them to become competent and up-to-date.
For starters, introducing new products can help the company establish more status. I believe the fierce competition in particular and cutting-edge technology require the best product in order to make the customer satisfied.
Besides, if a company can upgrade their products, they can generate more revenue since clients will continue to become loyal to their products if they’re more efficient, convenient to use, and better-looking to show off in their day-to-day.
In short, it is tried-and-true for them to trust. Therefore it makes their product know one’ s business, especially the Apple and Samsung products. Both companies are heavily invested in introducing and upgrading new gadgets on a seasonal basis. They make sure the vast majority will fancy their creation to boost their name and economy.
5. What changes has the development of technology brought about in our lives?
Off the top of my head, I believe there are tons of changes and opportunities brought about by them.
We cannot deny the fact that the rapid development of cutting-edge technology in recent years has made our lives more convenient and efficient, not only for our studies but also for our hourly work day in and day out. Take me as an example.
Nowadays, it’s a piece of cake for me to hit the books and do research with the help of my gadgets. I can scroll through various documents as well as books. At the same time, I can surf the internet with the help of distinctive platforms such as Youtube, Google and so on.
In short, I don’t need to spend a considerable amount of time in the library looking for something that I need for my studies.
Finally, when it comes to white-collar and blue-collar workers, it’s easier for them to move from one place to another with the help of their mobile phones by booking some transportation. I reckon it alters our lives because we don’t have to wait longer on the side of the road for a long period of time.
6. Does the development of technology affect the way we study? How?
Of course, it helps the students be more convenient, effective, and productive.
To begin with, it helps students establish and make it possible to attend class online in the midst of an epidemic. For instance, the vast majority of schools cannot meet face-to-face from 2020 until the present because of the coronavirus disease. Therefore, it’s a great chance for the students to continue to get the hang of it even though they are in the comfort of their home.
Besides, it is flexible for them to study without extreme pressure in their day-to-day lives.
What’s more, students nowadays become more engrossed in studying because of the cutting edge in their room. Utilizing some products, such as projector computers or laptops, to show some documentaries as well as video clips can capture students’ attention. As a result, they successfully immerse themselves as well as avoid making student’s tedious.
Overall, the rapid development of technology has truly adjusted our way of studying.
